IT companies also conduct frequent various seminars and training sessions in universities and provides a lot of internships to students in schools and universities.

Unlike many European countries like Germany, UK and Poland the salaries are much lower and hence the cost of your project services will also be lesser. Travelling to Romania is pretty easy as it is well connected with all European countries. Since it is within the European Union, you don’t need a visa if you are travelling from Europe. It takes just 2-3 hours to reach Romania from London or Frankfurt and there are several international airports located in major Romanian cities. Transportations costs are pretty much low to travel within Romania.
